Charles lives in Rochester NY with his lovely
and obviously patient wife, Rose.
Charles
spent 3 years in the Army ( 3rd Infantry's Old Guard) before
earning his BS in history from Nazareth College and MA in
Liberal Studies from Brockport State University (MA
Liberal Studies). He taught high school social studies in
the Rochester City School District,at the American International
School in Kuwait and at the International Scool of Port
of Spain in Trinidad & Tobago.
Charles
currently works for Dixon
Schwabl, pumping out focused and compelling advertising
copy that drives consumers into a buying frenzy. He is also
the host of the award winning The
Smart Set on Jazz
90.1 FM/Jazz901.org, the weekly spin with the swing
scene.
The
Benoits have traveled extensively throughout the Middle
East and South East Asia, Charles in search of alluring
locales for his stories, Rose in search of the perfect
phat thai recipe.
